During the second week of Ramadan, traffic accident data from Malé shows a similar pattern in both 1446 (8–14 March 2025) and 1447 (25 February–3 March 2026). HM Phase 1 recorded the highest number of accidents, with 37 cases in 1446 and 35 in 1447, while locations such as Boduthakurufaanu Magu and Majeedhee Magu also reported notable incidents. Other areas, including Ameenee Magu, Sinamalé Bridge & Highway, Phase 2, and Local Market, experienced comparatively fewer accidents.
