MPS observes passing out parade of 37th Police Initial Training Course

Maldives Police Service celebrates the passing out parade of the 37th Police Initial Training Course. 171 officers have successfully completed six months of intensive training, gaining skills in Human Rights, Community Policing, investigation techniques, and law enforcement.

Minister of Education Dr. Ismail Shafeeu was the Chief Guest and was accompanied by Minister of Homeland Security and Technology Ali Ihusan and Commissioner of Police Ali Shujau.

Police Constable Hassan Shaamil was the recipient of the prestigious Commissioner's Excellence Award and Best All-Round Student

In his address, Minister of Homeland Security and Technology, Ali Ihusan stressed on the importance of dedication, integrity, and the role officers will play in ensuring the safety and security of communities

Minister of Education Dr. Ismail Shafeeu also addressed the recruits, stating the importance of continuous learning, personal growth, and the role officers will play in building a safer and more secure society
